Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Thursday, March 17 with a Breakfast Buffet served from 9 a.m. until noon. There will be Corned Beef, Reuben sandwiches and the regular menu the rest of the day. These three Irish pubs located in Inver Grove Heights, Rosemount and Farmington serve corned beef and cabbage all day on St. Patrick’s Day. Celt’s serves more corned beef on St. Patrick’s Day then any restaurant in the area. There will be green beer and prizes all day on St. Patrick’s Day at all locations as they try for a record amount of corned beef sold this year. Mancini’s is the home of The Worst Irish Tenor Contest which will be held on March 13 this year. This is the contest that receives coverage in the national news every year and is available free of charge to the people of the greater Twin Cities area. Entrants are encouraged to come to the event the night of the show and participate. On March 13 Paddy Wagon will bring their fun starting at 5 p.m. On March 17, St. Patrick’s Day Mancini’s will start music by the Blarney Stone from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. The Riverside Hitmen will take over at 7 p.m. until close.
